Hourly Consulting Service
Get as much statistical support as you need to complete your research project efficiently, accurately, and with without the frustration of going it alone.
What You Get
1. Hourly consulting can be in the form of web meetings, phone or Skype calls, or emails. Most people take advantage of our web meeting capabilities, which allow you and your consultant to talk over the phone or through computer speaker/mics, while viewing one of your computer screens. (And you can switch whose screen is visible).
2. Web Meeting Recordings: These meetings are recorded (with screenshots) for you to download and review as many times as you like.
3. A private password-protected account on our Basecamp. Our basecamp is a web-based location for storing files, sending messages, and sharing writeboards. It is where we will put your consultation recordings, any programs we write, or output we create.
You can use it to securely share with us your data, research proposal, or anything else that will help us understand your research. It keeps your entire project with us in one organized place.
How it Works
Step 1: Register for hourly consulting using our secure shopping cart. You can either buy a block of at least 5 hours at a 5% discount or put down a deposit of $150 to get started.
Step 2: Download a copy of Policies and Procedures for Statistical Consulting Clients and our New Client Questionnaire. Fill out the questionnaire and email it back to us. We'll use the information on there to set up your contract.
Step 3: We will send you a contract for you to sign. Send it back and we'll sign it too.
Step 4: If you'd like a meeting, set up an appointment time by emailing Karen at karen@analysisfactor.com.
We will keep an accounting of the consulting time you've paid for and used at your Basecamp, so you'll always know where you stand.

Billable in 15 minute
increments at $100/hour
We offer academic, student, and non-profit discounts, which will be applied to your monthly invoices.
2 hour minimum (for the whole project. Any given session can be
15 minutes).
Hourly consulting can be charged to a
credit card or PayPal with our secure shopping cart by clicking on one of the purchase buttons below. If your grant or
department requires you to pay by check, just contact Tanya at tanya@analysisfactor.com to get set up.
Hourly consulting includes any time I spend on your questions, including meeting time, emails, and researching answers. Quick emails that take me less than 5 minutes to answer will not be billed.

Block
Individuals, labs, departments, or companies can buy blocks of
at least 5 hours for use by its members at any time over the next year. You will receive a 5% discount on top of any student, non-profit, or academic discounts.
Simply enter the correct quantity of hours in the shopping cart.

Deposit
Get started with a deposit of $150 through our secure shopping cart. You will be invoiced monthly at the appropriate rate as the project progresses using the same payment method you used for the deposit (direct credit card payment or PayPal).

department requires you to pay the deposit by check, just contact Tanya at tanya@analysisfactor.com for an invoice.
